Lincoln...

Off to Lincoln on Gold Cup day which was a mistake!! LONG RUN had been schooling at our yeard the week before with Yogi so we were keen to watch... luckily my times were perfect and I could spend the afternoon watching the race.... and what a race it turned out to be! So pleased for the Waley-Cohens and all connections for winning such a brilliant race... what a horse!!
Back to the eventing... OBOS COOLEY was on great form, producing a lovely test and a double clear inside thetime which left him a winner!! Winner numbe 1 is always a good feeling especially on a horse I think so much of!
MILLFIELD CONDESCEND produced a nice test and sj clear, unfortunately he took a dislike to a banner on the xc and was given 20 penalties but he felt very good over the fences!
The following day we were back, this time with the A team.... GINGER MAY KILLINGHURST, RAYEF, FERNHILL CRISTAL and NOBLE BESTMAN, they were all excited to be out!!
All horses jumped brilliant double clears, GINGER MAY KILLINGHURST produced a brilliant 22 dressage and added 4 time faults to leave her 3rd.
FERNHILL CRISTAL added 5.2 time faults to a 30.9 test and finished 7th.
The other two boys were a bit slower xc so missed out on top 10 placings!
To finally run RAYEF xc was so exciting!!
I have such a brilliant string of horses and these are my top 4 so to have them all out at the same time made for a great weekend!
